5. Virtual Coaching Sessions
Coaching sessions may be conducted virtually through Zoom or other agreed-upon communication platforms.
Aligned Living Coaching does not routinely record coaching sessions.
If recording is proposed for any future training, certification, or other purpose, appropriate advance disclosure and consent will be obtained.
6. Professional Development and Consultation
To support professional growth and continued education, coaching situations may occasionally be discussed anonymously or hypothetically with other coaching professionals for training, supervision, mentoring, or consultation.
Reasonable precautions will be taken to protect client identities.
Any disclosure of identifiable client information for professional credential verification or similar purposes will be subject to the applicable coaching agreement and necessary authorization.
